EligibilityYou must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to use our services. By using Daiko, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.<br \/><br \/>3. License to UseWe grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our App and Website for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.<br \/><br \/>4. Account and SecurityYou are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.<br \/><br \/>5. User Conduct<br \/>&#8211; Do not violate any laws or regulations.<br \/>&#8211; Do not interfere with or disrupt our systems or networks.<br \/>&#8211; Do not upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content.<br \/>&#8211; Do not use the App or Website for any fraudulent or malicious purposes.<br \/><br \/>6. Intellectual PropertyAll content, trademarks, and materials on the App and Website are the property of Daiko or its licensors and are protected by law.<br \/><br \/>7. Payments and SubscriptionsBy making purchases or subscribing through Daiko, you agree to all applicable charges. All payments are final unless required otherwise by law.<br \/><br \/>8. Privacy Policy<br \/>Your use of our services is governed by our Privacy Policy.<br \/><br \/>9. Disclaimer of WarrantiesThe App and Website are provided &#8220;as is&#8221; without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.<br \/><br \/>10. Limitation of Liability<br \/>To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daiko is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages from your use of the App or Website.11. TerminationWe may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violations of these Terms or discontinuation of the services.<br \/><br \/>12.
